Ragaboo is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit, so please ship back the item to us via UPS or USPS mail with delivery confirmation. Upon receipt, we will mail your exchange or issue your refund for the amount of the merchandise returned. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
